Staying Road Legal with Harlow Number Plates
To legally manufacture and supply your physical number plates, we are required by law to follow DVLA / RNPS (Registered Number Plate Suppliers) regulations. Before we can hand over your new 3D or 4D plates, we must verify your identity and your right to the registration.
What Documents Do I Need?
1. Proof of Identity You must provide one of the following to confirm your name and address:
Valid Driving Licence
Utility, Council Tax, or Rates bill (issued within the last 6 months)
Bank or Building Society statement (issued within the last 6 months)
Passport (Non-UK passports are accepted)
2. Proof of Entitlement You must provide one of the following to prove you own the registration:
Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C or V5CNI logbook)
New Keeper Supplement (V5C/2 or V5C/2NI)
Certificate of Entitlement (V750 or V750NI)
Retention Document (V778)
A renewal reminder for vehicle tax or SORN (V11 or V11NI)
